SUMMER FALLOW RESULTS
Judging of the summer-fallow competition of Langruth agricultuiral
Society took place Oct. 18th and 19th, H. E. Wood being the judge sent
by the department. Following are the winners :--

The following is from the judge's letter in
announcing the awards: "Several fallows while not scoring high as
some of the others were of the very highest order but as no fall cultivation
had been given same it was imposible for these to score as high as the
leading competitors did as their plots had received previous treatment.
We are mailing to each member his individual score."
I enjoyed judging these summerfallows and
on the whole found them very satisfactory indeed."
